Key development programmes at Fidelity Ireland are:

  • Technical Certification through Self Study

    Fidelity Ireland encourages and supports the ongoing technical certification of all our employees. Employees are provided with relevant study aids and examination enrollment, placing them in an excellent position to gain certification in a broad range of technical paths (e.g. Sun Certified Architect, Oracle Certified Professional).

    Technical certification is an ongoing self study option with multiple certification paths.

  • University Qualifications

    Fidelity Ireland will fund alternate tertiary development up to the value of €3,500 per person per year. This funding will cover your tuition or college fees, moving your focus away from the cost of enrollment and onto achieving excellent results.

  • Classroom Development

    Fidelity Ireland classroom development targets technical, professional and management development. Classes are scheduled throughout the year, ensuring you have the skills and opportunity to develop a diverse range of competencies.

  • Mentoring

    Experienced employees can enrich their development by utilising the skills and experience of Senior Leaders within Fidelity Ireland. Our well established Mentoring programme focuses on both Technical and Managerial competence.

  • Web-Based Learning

    A comprehensive library of courses is available to employees at Fidelity Ireland. The courses are varied and focus on building technical and professional skills, but they also focus on educating employees on the financial services industry. This courseware allows employees to experience training at their own desks, or from the comfort of their home office.

  • Leadership Development

    Fidelity has created an award-winning Web site to help our associates develop their capabilities in ways that are uniquely engaging and accelerate the integration of new skills.
    Targeting Managers, this site contains in-depth courses focusing on leadership styles and skills or quick learn tutorials hosted on a variety of different file types (podcasts, videos, PDF, powerpoint, etc). The many tools within this site focus on the topics critical to a manager's success at Fidelity.
