I was interested in working in a large organisation which valued and used IT as a competitive advantage. Fidelity Investments offers IT professionals an opportunity to work in a leading Financial Services IT organisation.
- What’s the best thing about being part of Fidelity?
I have an opportunity to meet and work with a wide variety of people with different backgrounds and different skill sets. Being part of a large team like this means, you have a large support network to help you complete your projects successfully as there is a wealth of knowledge available to you from within the organization and team. In short the people make this a great place to work.
- What’s most rewarding about your job?
You get a taste of the Fund Management industry and how IT is an integral part of how it works. The projects are challenging but that’s what makes it great.

Training is continuous at Fidelity. I have attended a wide range of technical and non-technical courses for personal development. Feedback on projects and participation in team initiatives has also contributed to my personal development.
