Our Community

Here at Fidelity Ireland, we believe in keeping a healthy balance between work and personal life.  There are lots of different opportunities for employees to get involved in the community and participate in company social events.

Charity Committee

A communal heart beats at the core of Fidelity Ireland through a number of initiatives that give something back to the community. Over the years Fidelity employees have taken an active role in fund raising events, gift giving or have taken an active involvement in the school system.  "When we ask employees to reach into their pockets, we do it in a way that also adds to the team ethos within Ireland," said Adrienne, manager of finance operations. "So when we organise events, we look for opportunities that involve as many of our employees as possible."

Some of these events have seen employees go head to head in console championships, table quizzes and foosball tournaments or raise awareness through participation in nationwide activities like Movember and Concern's Annual Fast.

Junior Achievement

Employees at Fidelity Ireland are proud of their involvement in Junior Achievement. Each year, a group of volunteers visit classrooms in the local communities to share their career experience and help create a culture of enterprise within the education system. Our employees bring the real world to the students and show them that work can be rewarding, fun, and something they are all capable of in the future. And the benefits are felt not only by the students and their teachers, but by our employees who have fun getting involved in the programme each year.

Social Club

And for those times when employees need to unwind, the list of activities to partake in through Fidelity’s Social Club is vast. A variety of great events are organised throughout the year – from tag rugby and soccer leagues, to coffee mornings, pizza lunches and BBQs. The Social Club is always on the look out for volunteers who want to get involved and arrange new activities.
