- What attracted you to Fidelity?
I gained first hand experience with Fidelity as an intern during my 3rd year of university. It was an easy decision for me to return to Fidelity when I finished my studies. - What's the best thing about being part of Fidelity?
The opportunity to constantly develop your skills. The company encourages lifelong learning and supports its employees through training programmes and through an active technology forum where employees come together to discuss IT topics. - Tell us about your greatest challenge at Fidelity.
The biggest challenge for me is adapting from a student environment to working in an office. Leap, Fidelity's graduate programme made that transition seamless for me. - How would you describe your colleagues?
I would describe my colleagues as being very supportive and friendly. As a recent graduate, I don't have as much experience as many of the other people in the company so being able to approach people to get help is a great aid to my development. People are always willing to help each other out. - Life at Fidelity is.....
Satisfying. Seeing your projects being used by your customers and exceeding their expectations is very satisfying. - In one word how would you describe your Fidelity experience so far?
Exciting.
