What is the Graduate Initial Fidelity Training (GIFT) program? |

GIFT is Fidelity Investments' induction program for new IT graduates. It is designed to help recent IT graduates become best-in-class software developers or systems analysts with the potential to become Fidelity Investments' future technology leaders. GIFT is HETAC (Higher Education & Training Awards Council) accredited. Upon successful completion of GIFT, you receive a Post Graduate Diploma in Computing in either Web Application Development or Systems Analysis elective streams. GIFT HistoryThe GIFT Program was first introduced in 2002 in order to provide a platform for Fidelity Investments Ireland to recruit IT graduates and enable them to become best in their field. To date over 120 graduates have passed through the GIFT Program and gone on to continue successful careers with Fidelity in the US, Dublin or Galway. GIFT accepts applications from any graduate and is actively recruiting in many different 3rd level Institutions throughout Ireland. GIFT ProvidesThrough GIFT you will gain a Postgraduate Diploma in Computing, accelerated growth as an IT professional, and a great head start to your career with Fidelity Investments. The program starts in September each year in our Galway office.
