Having spent 6 months in Merrimack, New Hampshire on Fidelity Investments' Internship program, I found that returning to Fidelity Investments after finishing college was never going to be a tough decision. The internship was a fantastic experience and it definitely gave me a great insight into Fidelity Investments, not just the way people work here but also into the culture within the company. |

On the Merrimack campus it was obvious that Fidelity Investments were willing to go the extra step to make sure the employees are happy. They have even brought in sand to make a beach volleyball court. There are also multiple walking paths, lakes and running/exercise routes as they have realized that people will be most productive if they are relaxed and comfortable. I guess that just sums up Fidelity Investments for me and the experiences I had during my 6 months in Merrimack. It’s a people-oriented company and Fidelity Investments are always trying to find new ways to make it stay like that. |
